Hi lovely people I’m new here , I’m 46 yrs old and was diagnosed with idc breast cancer stage 2 grade 3 with cancer in lymph nodes , on the 7th December 2020 , I had a mastectomy on the right side which went well no drains , and no pain just a bit of discomfort, I have had a port line fitted last Friday into my right chest wall , that uncomfortable but will settle down in time , I’m due to start chemo fec-t on the 8th March , I’m a very positive person and me and my family and friends deal with my diagnosis with humour and flip every negative to a positive, don’t get me wrong I do have bad days where I cry and say why me , but why not me , I have no history in my family of bc so it’s just one of those unfortunate things , I hope u r all doin ok on your journeys, I’m always around for a chat if anyone needs 1 ,xx
