Hi Jansis welcome to the forum and no wonder you are finding this difficult to explain it will be difficult enough to comprehend yourself without telling others. I can relate to what you say about being the Nurse its different when you are this side of the fence but thats ok because believe it or not no one expects you to be the Nurse in this situation and thats ok as well.

I dont know where to start to ask about whats happened for you it sounds like you have had two different types of Cancer diagnosed in a short space of time have I read that right?. Have they said what type of Breast Cancer it is or not got that far yet?

Pleas do keep in touch and if you need to speak to anyone about anything you have the option to make contact with the Macmillan Line as they have lots of lovely folks there who help us all out as well and its a freephone number. 08088080000..

Meantime Im  sending you some huge big hugs. xxxx

Thank you Gail, yes the breast mass was picked up on a ct carried out as part of my myeloma investigations so 2 diagnoses in 2 weeks.

Myeloma doesnt need treatment at present. Im a cns in an oncology centre so its difficult as first thing i keep getting asked is about my work!

Im trying hard to separate the nurse/ patient issue!

Appt Thurs 4 March for final plan.

    Thanks for the hugs! X
