Just been a year in treatment, finished and just want advice on changing nutrition and lifestyle
Hi Esher welcome to the forum and congratulations on getting through all the treatment its a gruelling journey but now for a new life by the sounds of things?
Can you be specific about what information it is you are looking for as we can then better advise of whats ok. I know I changed but it wasnt any of the things you are asking about hence my question but I have a low tolerance level now for rubbish and dont worry so much about small things like I did before if that makes sense?
I imagine that any general healthy eating plan would suit best and any exercise to keep the bones supple and moving, walking is good all round type of exercise.
Hope to hear back from you to be able to be of more help?
Best Wishes for now.xxx
