I've just joined up so I'm new to this community of support but I'm not new to cancer, first one in 2009, second one in 2016 - both breast cancer, the second one more invasive and aggressive than the first. So I've been on various cancer treatments for these and am continuing with Faslodex Fulvestrant.
Anyhow my reason for joining here now is because I'm wondering if anyone has experienced the awful side effects of being on Faslodex Fulvestrant for a few years, specifically the fatigue, weakness, all over body stiffness, back, joint and muscle pain and pain in arms, legs and neck.
I do understand everyone's trauma going through all the horrors of a cancer diagnosis and all that it brings but if someone maybe is managing side effects of fulvestrant and would like to share their experience that would be wonderful, thank you and kind regards

This is indeed the breast cancer group where you have posted your question. Unfortunately, I don't have any experience with faslodex fulvestrant but I noticed that your post hadn't had any replies yet. This is probably because this is a very busy group and posts can quickly slip off the first page before someone with the experience you're after has seen them. By replying to you it will 'bump' your post back to the top of the discussions list.
While you're waiting for replies if you type 'faslodex' and 'fulvestrant' separately into the group's search box it will bring up lots of previous posts mentioning this drug. You could have a read through some of them and respond to any of the more recent posters if you think they can help you further.
If you have any more difficulties finding your way around the online community just reply to this post and I'll do my best to help.
