I was diagnosed last month and had my lumpectomy, lymph node removal (1), reduction and lift 2 weeks ago.
Pathology results due end of this week. The cancer was grade 3 and radiotherapy and tablets confirmed but just waiting post surgery results to see if chemo is also required. Her2 neg, hormone positive.
I have been really struggling the past few days - zero motivation, feels like Groundhog day - home schooling children with ASN, hubby working from home. I was v active before diagnosis but I have just sitting in my chair like a vegetable! I am not suicidal or anything but finding it so hard to see positives and feel like life will get better soon. I am also needle phonic so the idea of chemo terrifies me.
Sorry to be a moaning so and so particularly in first post. I promise I will be more happy in the future.
