Hello everyone
I’m recently diagnosed . Stage 1 so lucky for screening programme. I’m 56 mother to boys 15 and 17. Coming off HRT is very hard as it’s turning me into an emotional wreck. Otherwise I consider myself v fortunate and think of others who are in a more frightening situation. Especially during this awful COVID time as it isolated you further at a time you need other people in your lives. Thinking of you all. Xx
Hi Boobaloo welcome to the forum and like you I am also grateful to the screening programme as mine was Lobular Breast Cancer and no lump so picked up on Mammogram and now almost 4 years down the line.
I can appreciate the loss of the HRT and how it is making you feel and its not easy but safer for you especially if your Breast Cancer is Oestrogen receptive.
Whats the plan for you now as you move forward? Thinking of you as well. xxxx
