Hi all,
My mammogram showed a 12mm mass in my left breast a couple of weeks ago and I am going for follow up on 26th Jan.
Needless to say I am scared is a under statement!
Hi Muckypaws welcome to the forum and I am sorry to hear how scared that you are.
Did they do biopsies on that day and is this you going back to get the results of that? Its ok to be scared you wouldn't be human if you weren't but we are here for you and will be every step of the way so please keep in touch and let us know how you are doing as we will be thinking of you.
Sending some hugs your way for now. xxx
Hi, only 2 days to wait so you should get the answers you are looking for pretty soon. 12mm is fairly small (mine were 44 and 30mm) and has, therefore, been caught quite early, If it does turn out to be cancer it is very treatable. You wouldn't be normal if you weren't scared, I think I can safely say we all are scared about the unknown. Once you have the answers and treatment plan, if required, you can battle it head on.
Whatever cancer throws your way, we’re right there with you.
We’re here to provide physical, financial and emotional support.
