Hi all I’m 3 years from my mastectomy 2 years having lymphoedema in my right arm and hand the last year my arm and hand seems to be getting more swollen no matter what I do
I’ve had different compression garment’s which I wear for at least 12 hours a day
I swim do Nordic walking do my exercises and massage every day and I’m seeing a private MLD masseuse once a month
it takes about 12 weeks to see a lymphoedema nurse in my area so it just gets more swollen in between visits
can anyone advise?
Hi, that sounds really frustrating but I'm honestly not sure what to suggest. You could give the folks here at Macmillan a call and speak to one of their experts to see if there's anything else they can suggest, the number is 0800 808 0000. Best wishes
