Pain still a year + after lumpectomy

Hi I had Lumpectomy in November last year 2023. my boob is still sore and feels hard when lay on that side ,which is annoying as its normal side i sleep on . I only had radiotherapy , from what I have been reading  from others on here it seems its a long healing journey, I find warm clothes help and v shape pillow.

that should say cloths not clothes lol

I’ve just started scar tissue therapy and it’s really helping as I had tenderness and restricted mobility. 
Maybe worth asking if it’s available near you x

sorry to hear you are still suffering from your surgery.

I had a lumpectomy for both breasts on the 12th of August and the left one, where the bigger cancer was, is hard underneath and a little tender. I called the breast cancer nurse today and am going to get it checked on Thursday. 

Might be worth contacting your nurse for advice?
