Waiting for results for wide local excision

Hi

I had lumpectomy on 24th June.

I had my results appointment 10 days later on 4th July, but was actually told over the phone on Tuesday 2nd that I had clear nodes and everything was fine, nothing to worry about.

I was told this when I'd rang the breast nurse with a question about my scar, they'd have their MDT meetings on Tuesdays.

I had the oncotype DX score result 16th July.

As it was everything, as far as I was concerned, wasn't fine, my diagnosis had changed.

Sorry to hear your results have changed.what is oncotyoe dx score ? 

My hospital doctor have their meeting on a Thursday so am hoping I will hear this week .

I had a lumpectomy last Tuesday and get the results tomorrow. Mine is TNBC which followed 8 cycles of chemo

They think I have dcis and they have radiotherapy if it is and a tablet for 5 years xx but looking through this forum I can see things can change xxx
