GP or Breast Care Nurse?

Hi All

Advise needed! I was diagnosed in January 2022 and had IV chemo, single mastectomy with 9 lymph nodes removed (3 cancerous 6 clear), radiotherapy, tablet chemo and then reconstruction and now on Letrozole.

Anyway, I have been having sharp pains down my collarbone and have noticed today that I have a swelling in the middle of my neck by the Adam's Apple. I don't usually bother but given the circumstances I think I need to mention it but not sure if this should be via my GP or the BCN?

Any thoughts would be appreciated '
