Waiting is awful, I feel for you. It was four weeks for my results following surgery. I was seen by my surgeon and a BCN a couple of days before and they would not tell me anything saying they were not ready. I didn’t believe them and was sure they knew as the BCN said my appointment would be “nice”. Then I went home and convinced myself I had heard what I wanted to hear and that they were saying it would be “nice” because the Consultant Nurse who would be giving me the results is! When I finally went the nurse wouldn’t give me the results until after she had examined me, she would only say they were “good”! I’ve been very lucky and things have gone really well but I will never forget the feeling of waiting. Hang in there, you’ll get there soon. x
