Waiting for plastic surgery

I also had DMX in August 2023 with immediate implants but not happy with outcome as under arms have dog ears and makes my breasts look like they are squared and wrap around me rather than round boobs I was shown pics of initially . How did you proceed towards requesting further corrective surgery if not happy? 

I had to have a second surgery to remove lymph nodes found after mastectomy. When I saw the surgeon to discuss thus I told her I wasn't happy with the look of lumps under my armpits and she was happy to correct during lymph node removal. However the outcome of second surgery was really no better so during followup I told the breast surgeon I wasn't happy and she suggested referring me to plastic surgeon.
