Sorry to hear you have been struggling with your sleep too. After my diagnosis I just kept myself busy with working right up to the day b4 my op.  Also I would go for a walk - if I woke up too early before my usual time I would go on my treadmill for 10/20 minutes  - have a walk during my lunch and then do another 10/20 minutes in the evening - this way I was wearing myself out. But it’s harder now for me to do this as being on chemo, if I do too much in the day I feel way tired the next day. Perhaps a hot milk or hot chocolate may help you relax ? X

Im working as much as i can. Still in the shock phase. You are such a support, thanks, i went for a short walk with the dog now - its not going to be easy with the dog either, we wont cope with him, is but thats a worry for another day

Vibby, I wake at 1 am trying sleeping tablets tonight. See how it goes. Im the same in the day, i dont know how im doing it. Im working and cooking and helping the children and just collapsing asleep at 11 only to wake at 1. Driving me insane. The worry is bound ti be there but my mind tells me sleep, worry in the day. But nope, there i am heart pounding. Do you have a treatment plan or waiting further testing?

I feel so much for you younger ladies

I'm mostly retired, 60, kids left home, so I just don't do much at all in the  when I don't sleep. My housework is suffering but don't give a ff !!

I guess the downside is probably not enough to occupy my mind.

Sleep deprivation is surely one of the worst tortures

Just found it ond the Im new to this and not sure whats what. I take it within a group you'll have a thread, that discusses something, but not sure how to find a particular thread. I'll come to understand. A moderator from another group somehow tagged the thread in their answer.
