I've recently received a chemotherapy box from a company called Little Lifts. Little Lifts is a charity that provides the most thoughtfully handpicked gifts to support people with breast cancer. Boxes are automatically given to chemotherapy and radiotherapy patients in their locality but you can apply on line if youre not local. As long as you have a hospital letter confirming your diagnosis, an appointment letter for chemo or radiotherapy date and a valid passport or birth certificate you send pictures of, you can apply. There were lots of practical and more luxurious products in my pack - soft toothbrush, natural toothpaste, puzzle book, hot chocolate spoon., sweets, chocolate buttons, heat pack, teabags. It really was the perfect "Little lift" I needed when I received it and I'm thankful such charities exist!. Hopefully a few more of you will know about this brilliant charity now and apply for your little lift!
