I've been taking it for 4 months, played around with dosage time, upset my sleep pattern, now take early evening, and also taking primrose oil.sleeping better.

Aww thanks so much for replying I will try and take it earlier when you say you tried a different doesage did you cut the tablet in half I'm finding its making my body ache so much even my teeth I don't know whether to give up and try tomoxaphine my mother took it for years but got osteoporosis in those days they didn't give zoledronic acid injections once chemo was over I started feeling better especially with energy levels then I had to take letrozole and felt rubbish again it's never ending now I'm waiting for an ecco scan as they think phesgo has damaged my heart it's a nightmare I suppose I have to be thankful the chemo sorted my cancer out xx
I think they recommend you try for six months, I just juggled around with what time of day i took it, I suffer with arthritis so the aches got worse for a while, but has easied.it's the mood swings and brain fog I'm dealing with now. Hope taking the evening primrose will help, starflower is another one they recommend.
wishing you well and all the best with your scan.we are all in this together.
My optician thinks letrozole is causing me diabetes, had full blood check and still awaiting response from oncology but gave chased them through macmillan navigators…
Bless you we are in this together is lovely we all help I do take starflower but as you say it takes time and it's only 2 weeks I've been taking it I didn't take it last night I just took pain killers for my arthritis and fibro and slept a little better I will probably try taking letrozole at lunchtime see if that helps wishing you well in your journey too xx
