When I start looking at this subject of cancer a bit deeper and 
realise what a battleground we are in.
It’s not a cut & dried case of ‘the cancers gone’ if it’s removed surgically.. it seems these slippery little buggers like to travel... and play hide & seek. What an immense challenge one has when faced with the mountainous peaks of treatment & lifestyle ....
There are 2 camps on this playing field -> Treatment Phase & Survivorship Phase and one must fight with courage, strength & a positive attitude.
