Daughter (even while she had active cancer, my profile tells you more) travelled widely for work as well as pleasure, eventually used Insurancewith as they were able to offer her an annual policy which was affordable. She had to claim on it once, they settled swiftly with no quibble, unlike her partner who was with AXA. 

I would suggest you phone to talk to the company you ask for quotes as they can often be more helpful.
