Welcome to the forum, sorry you find yourself here. Some people do, it’s not all about lumps. Nipple changes and inversions are definitely up there as something to check out, I had an slightly inverted nipple after a previous surgery, that worsened prior to my diagnosis a second time but I didn’t connect the dots. Heat in the breast can be a symptom too, and I also had some sharp pains. People have a whole host of symptoms. It must be said that also these symptoms can be hormonal or absolutely nothing! Don’t panic but do ask your gp to refer to the breast clinic and get it checked out. Good luck x
Hello, Thank you for the reply, as I'm sat here working I can feel an itchy tugging feeling, also i have felt hot sensation from tis breast. I will call GP this week and see if i can get checked. X
