I am on day 3 of 1st round of chemo, and this afternoon my right heel has become really quite  painful. It started when I walked but now is a discomfort most of the time.

Chemo drugs Docetaxel and Carboplatin

I was given HER2 Pertuzumab and Trastuzumab injection in my right thigh, which has left a large strange mark.. its difficult to say it's a bruise as not tender to touch but pulls when walking. This is the side that my heel hurt.

Should I notify my Speacilist nurse?

Sadly you may have peripheral neuropathy..it’s v common with chemo and can affect hands and feet. Tingling, numb, sensitive to hot and cold water and walking. Each time you have chemo they should ask are you experiencing anything new, that’s the time to tell them.  I have neuropathy which has diminished slightly since finishing in Sept 2022. I wish you well.
