Hi I noticed  was enquiring about the 'calculation/predict tool' that can give an idea to how different treatments for early invasive breast cancer might improve survival rates.
This might be what you are looking for, I hope this helps:-

"Predict Tool" is a NHS Website - here is a link to the site:

https://breast.predict.nhs.uk/about/overview/overview

This tool does 'not' suit all cases and therefore should be looked at sympathetically and if you have 'any' concerns then please raise them with your Doctor, Consultant, Breast Care Nurse or anyone that is helping you with treatment.

What does Predict do?
Predict asks for some details about the patient and the cancer.
It then uses data about the survival of similar women in the past to show the likely proportion of such women expected to survive up to fifteen years after their surgery with different treatment combinations.

Who is Predict for?
Predict is for clinicians, patients and their families.
Patients should use it in consultation with a medical professional.

Where can I find out more?
To read more go to:-

I have added the websites disclaimer:-

Disclaimer:
Predict uses an algorithm based on information from many thousands of women diagnosed in England and large randomised controlled trials of different treatment options.
However, it can only provide a 'best guess' of likely outcomes based on current knowledge, and it can never provide an accurate prediction for an individual.
Patients should always consult their own specialist, who will be able to discuss the results in a more personalised context.

  • For me the key thing with this is about using it in conjunction with your health professional to better understand the potential effectiveness of different types of treatment. But it's based on averages, and let's face it, we are all individual.
