Try and be positive, it's easy said then done... But waking up and saying I'm going to get through the day, is half the battle... 

  • Hi . I couldn’t¡t agree more, it really is half the battle and there are days when it certainly is difficult. For me, focussing on small things to do helped me feel like I'd achieve something and thinking about the stuff in my gift more than the stuff I can't control. Some days are easier than others, and I also find fresh air and walking helps a lot.  Best of luck
