Are symptoms generally the same after each chemo session. About to have second treatment
I found each cycle slightly different but generally the same! EC had a pattern and docetaxel had a different pattern. I would really recommend keeping a diary of symptoms / what you do on each day as it really helps for subsequent cycles.
Not necessarily. Some symptoms can come and go, some accummulate over time. Even with the same chemo the manifestations are not always the same for everyone. There are common themes such as fatigue, nausea and often hair loss, but the experience is individual and can differ from treatment to treatment.
Beatthebreast gave a good idea about keeping a symptom diary. This is not only for you but also so you can give your oncologist and other care givers a complete and accurate description of what goes on, which will help them make the best decisions about your treatment.
