Hello

I have had surgery 2 months ago for lumpectomy, could you pleas help me to introduce a cream for my scars.they haven't  good appearance Pensive

  • Hi

I didn’t use a cream on my scars but I bought some silicone scar reduction dressings on amazon which you cut to size.

You can use them after your wound has healed.

I used them from the time my scar had healed until I started my radiotherapy  ( about 9 weeks)and they really flattened my scar.

6 months later you can hardly see my lumpectomy scar

  • Bio Oil is excellent for scars. My scar from my lumpectomy was unsightly for a while but honestly, within 18/24 months you could hardly see it at all. Now 9 years on you would genuinely never see it, it will fade significantly in time x

  • Hi , I use an oil from Palmers, called Skin Therapy Oil, the cocoa butter formula one. Smells lovely! Has no mineral oil or parabens. Xxx
