Finally had a decent sleep last night. Letrozole seems to affect the ability to fall asleep or return to sleep after wakening....usually to get up to pee..another thing with it. I'd forgotten that my breast care nurse had suggested taking a Piriton tablet at bedtime. I did...and slept 9.30 till 4.30. Wow.. up for a pee and slept till 6am. Feeling so much better today.
Hi Mmcg
Hope you are sleeping better. Are you aware of the awake thread on this forum? If you are and want to join in the discussion if you are still having trouble sleeping please feel free to do so. The ladies on there will be sure to give you a warm welcome.
Best wishes
