Get yourself a diabetes test ASAP as those are the symptoms. Could also be kidneys or more probably just a dry mouth, but I think you need to exclude the less likely but serious possibilities first.

Go to pharmacy today for a blood glucose test.    I went to see my GP who thought I looked too well for diabetes but sent me for blood test to measure my average blood sugar over previous 8 weeks - you don't have to fast for this test.  Mine was 117/12.9. Should be under 43/6.   This was 6 months after cancer diagnosis.  Stress can trigger diabetes.  I just take tablets daily .
