As the title reads HER-2 not amplified. What does this mean please ,?
Thank you, this is what I've come to understand too, I still don't know what this exactly means. I have asked my onco but am too impatient.

Breast cancer can be ER/PR+ , HER2+ , or a combination of all three . It can also be negative to all there , referred to as triple negative.
HER2+ Involves treating with some special drugs and always involves chemotherapy, the others , depends on many different factors as to the treat plan .
