I am trying to find out which tablets are appropriate after double mastectomy, they mention chemotherapy tablets something start with B I think .

Ok. Since not all breast cancers are the same, the treatment given will vary accordingly so whereas one person would be prescribed one pill, someone else would be prescribed another. Both people may have a double mastectomy, but the treatment after would not be the same due to the differences in other parameters.
