Hi there,
I am trying to get a second opinion in a different hospital to the one I am in and this is proving difficult. It is raising lots of eyebrows and isolating me as an individual. I have been told that my cancer has disappeared and I know this is false. I am very ill and getting weaker and thinner.I need an advocate for my health appointments but I am fading away like the wind.
Can someone help me please?
I am facing a desperate situation.
I really am. Every time I go to Accident and emergency the staff count the times i go and the last time a security personnel arrived and I was dragged away. I feel really sick with all of this.
Kind regards,
Elizabeth
Weight loss and weakness could be indicative of a number of health conditions. Some of them relate to cancer but not necessarily breast cancer, and some of them may not be easy to diagnose. Make a list of each and every symptom you are having over a period of say, a week. Also note down everything you are eating and drinking, so that if the issue has to do with the body's inability to take in certain nutrients, this will make it easier to home in on. Having such data could help your GP determine which directions to look in.
Whatever cancer throws your way, we’re right there with you.
