Im post op. Im just feeling low and helpless
Sorry im so sad at the moment, ive my daughter who so small , im crying everyday
I know how you feel it's a terrifying time and the way ahead or through this looks bleak at the moment. We will get through this and out the Other side . My breast cancer nurse said the last time I saw her I was in a dark place well she was right I was in pain frightened for the further and felt that I was being treated unfairly. I have recovered from that somehow! And have felt good for some weeks. My surgery was 8 weeks ago. But as you can see I'm not asleep so still a bit down on times. Do you have some support from family or friends? And you can chat or ring Macmillan . I have Found posting on here helps me so much .

I'm so sorry you feel like this remember that breast cancer is so treatable at this time . Have you had your results yet? Mine were a little delayed as I needed an Oncotype test which just came back that although the cancer is gone after the surgery they want to make sure that it doesn't come back so they are now going to give me chemotherapy. This has pulled my mood down but really I need to remember that Chemotherapy is going to be my friend and kill any little stubborn cancer ( bugger cell's) that think they can hand around. They bloody can't I'm determined to kill them all lol x I had some mild antidepressants from my doctor when I was really down they helped a lot. Do you think that might help ?
