'Crunchy' boob!

Hi, I'm 8 weeks post lumpectomy and when I press my boob around the excision area it feels like what I can only describe as crunchy. You know the feeling when you step on snow? It's like that! Anyone else have this feeling or am I turning into a snowman???? Thinking See no evil

  • Hi  that does sound like a very odd sensation to be having and given no one has responded to you so far it sounds like it must be very uncommon.  As with anything unusual or unexpected I would let your medical team know as they are the ones best placed to advise you and decide whether they need to investigate this.
