Is it my imagination?

I too have just been diagnosed with DCIS and have surgery in October.  My consultant told me to expect shooting pains in the breast as the mind plays tricks on you now that you have been diagnosed and to ignore them.  I’m no expert but feeling sick is a common anxiety symptom and if you are anything like me it could be down to that.
