Hi All,
I am going to my radiotherapy for chest wall and lymph nodes and I have only 2 sessions left. Since yesterday I have had difficulty swallowing. I have mentioned it in my appointment and been told it is not anything to do with radiotherapy! When I read online it says it can cause irritation in food pipe. I wonder if anyone else has experienced it? I am really worried what is going on. Thanks xx
Hi Raf44 welcome to the forum. Its not one that I have heard of before but maybe one of the others on here have experienced this and may be able to offer you some information or advice re this. Im imagining that even it is the chest wall which mine was as well that it is only on one side or is that not the case for you?
I know what Online says but I would be tempted to wait until one of the folks who have had Radiotherapy comes along as they may be better able to answer your query.
Sorry not to have been of more help for you at this time.x
Thanks for your message, mine is to chest wall on one side as well.xx
