Hello i hope that you are all doing well. I was just wondering if anyone else has experienced bad headaches after filgrastfim injection?.
I get stomach cramps and muscle pain- almost like spasms. I often have had headaches as well but not every time. Side effects disappear normally for me after about 12 hours after injections stop.
Use Loratidine (brand name Claritin) as it’s the antihistamine that works best, start taking the day before you start the injections, it’s only one a day.
hope it helps

Hi Moomy, Do antihistamines work for the joint pain then? Willing to try anything that helps especially as I’ve just had my 6/6 chemo yesterday and injections start again today. Every little helps as they say
