Morning have the aches and pains and sleep problems associated with lotrozole but this morning noticed a little blood when I wiped I have been taking it for three months. Has anyone else had the same. I’m panicking All the worry if the last six months has come flooding back !!!!
Hi Figgy2019 you can get bleeding as a side effect of letrozole, so try not to panic. I will pop a link to an information sheet at the end of this post for you about letrozole and side effects, but it may be worth just giving your nurse or GP a ring next week just to double check.
