Hi all, I’ve been reading a lot about our treatments etc for Breast Cancer and a lot of advise is to do some form of exercise every day, walking being the most obvious and easiest. I have an arthritic hip which causes me problems when walking so I’m thinking of getting a static bike instead, in the hopes it will help two fold, increase the endorphins and exercise my hip. Has anyone else thought of doing this or has any other suggestions to hand.
Sending you all love Heart️ and  healing hugs Hugging

  • Hi there,

I've really enjoyed using a rowing machine. They take up no more room than a static bike, are low impact, full body exercise that you can go at as hard or as gently as you like. Can be quite hypnotic and rythmical sitting there rowing away!
