Hi , I didn't have this procedure but as no body has replied to you by replying to your post it will bump you to the top of the list again where someone who has had this procedure is more likely to see it and maybe respond to you.
I have the same question - being recommended LICAP (back fat flap as I am calling it) so reconstruction at the same time as excision. But as I don't know how my boob will look after excision how can I tell whether I'll want reconstruction?
