Just been diagnosed

Hi Magiemo, so sorry to hear about your cancer, you are in the right place for some support, advice and info, I had a different treatment plan to you and different drugs but someone else on here will no doubt, get back to you, what I can tell you is that chemo is not as bad as it's press and there are a lot of things to help sort side effects, I was sick with my first chemo so the next time they threw everything they had at it and stopped the sickness, really scary time for you, everyone here will try to help, lotsa luv Ann

Hi, these are the chemo drugs I had. I finished chemo in June and had surgery 2 weeks ago. The chemo completely killed the cancer, there were no active cells found during surgery. Chemo for me was ok, I worked through and managed my side effects quite well.   If you look on the blogs, you can find me, it's called One Life Live It, and maybe that gives you some idea of what I went though and what to expect.

Hi, no I didn't use the cold csp. My hair began to fall out after the first session and when it got too thin and looked a bit ridiculous I shaved it and got s wig.  I love the wig by the way, wear it more than I thought I would and it's great

Sorry for all the questions did they say they recommended not using it?

im so scared I have been reading up about taxotere and it can cause permanent hair loss
