Hi I had a lumpectomy in December 2020 followed by five weeks of radiotherapy which ended end of March 2021 I’m currently on tamoxifen but in the last few weeks I have been having a lot of stabbing pains in the breast where my breast cancer was. I had a few after radiotherapy but they have got worse in the last couple of weeks. I don’t want to be the person that’s always ringing the breast team at hospital as I’ve had to phone a few times about other things but Just wondered if anyone else still has pain.

Hi CLVH10 please never feel that you can't phone the breast team. They would rather you phoned and spoke to them, than be sat at home worrying. It could well be the effects of the radiotherapy, but it would put your mind at rest to get it checked.
