Dear all.
I just got a good news. Following my surgery on axillary lymph node clearance, I was told today that only the sentinel node was affected, the 16 remaining nodes were all clear!!!
Now waiting to be seen by oncologist, to discuss chemo...
When you expect the worst and get the news it is not the worst, it seems like a great news.
one step at a time, you’ll manage it for sure! I am a year on from finishing my breast cancer treatment - I had six months neonadjuvant chemo, mastectomy and radiotherapy, and am now in tamoxifen and have my second mastectomy in July. Feeling great though, back at work, single parenting and grateful to be here! X
