First Anniversary of surgery, this morning I go for my first follow up mammogram and consultation with my brilliant surgeon, very apprehensive but feeling positive.
Great that you get to see surgeon as well today . Had my op beginning of July 2019 I haven't seen my surgeon since morning of op . Another surgeon gave me my results as mine on holiday then I was transferred to oncology for chemo etc .
Hope you feeling ok ,it's a funny feeling going for the mammogram but at least you hopefully won't have to wait for results .
let us know how you get on
Sadly no surgeon due to covid, hopefully I’ll receive the results in three weeks if I don’t then ring the hospital, still on a positive note I’ve had the mammogram
thank you for your interest.
