Hi ladies, I've been taking Letrozole since April last year I don't suffer from achey joints but a do feel tired and have a lot of hair breakage which really gets me down , I work I do my best to eat healthy and go for walks I also have to take an alendronic which also has a side effect of hair loss and tiredness how do you ladies deal with these?
I took the dreaded alendronic acid for 5 years, but didn't think it made hair loss any worse. It didn't make me ache or feel tired, but neither have I hsd any of the SE that other ladies have had with Letrozole. It has to be said that its been almost a year since i stopped taking it and my hair is still much the same now as it was then. Dn't forget to make sure that your dentist knows your are taking it as it can cause nasty bone infections(not in the info leaflet or mentioned at the hospital)
