Hi and welcome  I didn't have reconstruction so hopefully some one who did will come on with answer . What I do know is that Asda  sell a post surgery front fastening twin pack which a lot of people have recommended . Very reasonably priced .

Not to worry bout feeling overwhelmed just take a breath . Try not to go too far forward just focus on one step at a time worrying about things too far forward is a waste of your energy . You will cope because you are stronger than you think we all are !

Thank you Margaret I appreciate the support. I am trying To take it one step at a time and am currently waiting for a date for my DIEP flap surgery and with this pandemic going o it just feels a bit much
