Hi
I know long time no see.
Lots had happened to me mostly good
Not a day goes by without me remembering or thinking of this community
It got me through the poop
The other night I listened to something and wondered if it would be helpful to others to just celebrate gratitude for some simple things
A warm bed
A cool pillow
A hug
A day without
A morning of.....
A lovely cup of ..
The article I listened to suggested you thought of 5 things to be grateful for. Now I remember one was good enough during the poop.
So if today you celebrate one thing as you seek for sleep, then maybe next week it could be 2.
Maybe actually posting here will help the affirmation of your gratitude
Stay safe dear people
I’m here after the poop
GRATEFUL TODAY FOR: My home after a week away sorting out my mom’s home

That I have learnt to appreciate the things I didn’t think twice about.
Friends that emerged when I needed them
To focus on family.
To focus on now...rather than the ‘what ifs’.
To realise when I have felt the most alone...that there are others out there I can reach out to....so thank you!
My thoughts of all that I am grateful for;
That I have ALL my family still after a lot of years of worry about our daughter
That I am still married to my best friend after 50 years
That I had a caring surgeon and team who helped me work my way through the poop
That I have a group of lovely, understanding group of friends I can turn to whenever I need them - you!
Thank you!
Moomy
