Hello
Is predict accurate? It doesn't take into account, radiotherapy? Is it worth using?
Julie x
It's considered the most accurate and what oncologists use, but doesn't include radiotherapy (presumes it will be that or a mastectomy), and doesn't include LVI either, which raises the recurrence rates. It's based on tamoxifen, which is slightly less effective than the three AI's, and is from data which is from 5, 15 and 15 years ago.
Hi Charlieandlola Im not sure about the complete accuracy of Predict I believe that there are 2 different models available for PREDICT but Im not sure if they give different information.
That said to my knowledge it is the tool most utilised by Breast Cancer folks like Oncologists and Nurse etc etc.
