Hi all,
Just to let you know I couldnt start my treatment today, because my daughter who works as a nurse in England she commutes from Wales.as just been tested even though shes got no symptoms and while I was on my way to Velindre hospital they rung her to tell her she had covid 19. She has been doing my shopping for me and even though we have been social distancing theres that little chance I might have it, I'm not showing any symptoms so they wont test me. hopefully i wont show any symptoms. I am gutted I was ready mentally for it but watch this space in fourteen days xx
Sorry you have had your chemotherapy postponed but if there is any chance you have the coronavirus it is safer to postpone it. I understand you must be really disappointed but your safety comes first. Fourteen days will fly past. Looks like we will be starting chemo around the same time.
Take care
Linda x
