Hi there I had a mastectomy 14 weeks ago and then 3 weeks radiotherapy, all my lymph nodes were clear and I am now cancer free, my question is how long do I have to wait till I can ride my horse safely again ?

i have full mobility in my arm and feel great , I am back at work on the front line and so grateful to be back x

just need to get back in the saddle !

Thank you x I am starting to lunge her now and I’m getting the urge to get on so might ask

my old instructor to come and have a sit first as she hasn’t had anyone in the saddle for 7 months x

Thanks hun x yes I’m thinking the same thing that lock down is probably the best time to do it
