Anyone know what my results mean?

The p means results are from pathology.

T2 is the size and position of the tumour - T2: The tumor is larger than 20 mm but not larger than 50 mm.

N0: is a great result - Means either of the following:

• No cancer was found in the lymph nodes.

• Only areas of cancer smaller than 0.2 mm are in the lymph nodes.

  Mx is the figure for Mets (secondary spread) the X is great....

  MX: Distant spread cannot be evaluated.

  M0: The disease has not metastasized.

  M0 (i+): There is no clinical or radiographic evidence of distant metastases. Microscopic evidence of tumor cells is found in the blood, bone marrow, or other lymph nodes that are no larger than 0.2 mm.

  M1: There is evidence of metastasis to another part of the body, meaning there are breast cancer cells growing in other organs.

  Several ladies here have had an Oncotype test recently and will probably reply, but I'll put the scorecard for needing or not needing chemo below   Best score is 18 or less. Hope this helps, G n' J

Just thought I would add that I had the oncotype test which came back as 27. I was told 26 or below No Chemo so I was right on the edge but decided to go through with the chemo.

The lower the score the less chance of a recurrence but it is confusing - I found lots of conflicting info which isn’t helpful!!
