Hi to all I’m new to the group I was diagnosed in 2013 and have been in remission since 2014, how ever I started getting an ache in the top of my left arm so I checked my self and there was a lump been doctor who sent me to hospital who done mammogram ultra sound and biopsy a week ago today still no result, my question is has any one else had a biopsy and the lump become harder than it was originally and the bruising was really bad.
Me! I looked like I'd been in a car crash, with half my Bob bruised, and when the surgeon examined me he thought the lump was much bigger than it was.
I think that units are struggling with cases. I was diagnosed last April when my hospital diagnosed about 2 women a week on average. Last November it was 4-5, which may be a blip and reduce again, but the team are working like mad now so it's possible that's why is taking over a week. Could you call them and e if they are back yet, as the wait can br really stressful? X
