i was diagnosed with endometrial cancer in December and had a hysterectomy just before Christmas, I have just been told I need no further treatment just regular check ups. Yesterday following a routine mammogram I have been recalled for further investigation. Is this common are these 2 types of cancer connected, my old man keeps telling me not to worry and it is probably just a routine recall, I know all this but am very worried as I was beginning to think I had got away lightly with my cancer diagnosis.
has anyone else had the 2 cancers is this likely?

I haven't seen anyone else on here who've had endometrial then breast cancer, so I've had a look on the 3 sites I trust (Macmillan/Cancer research.co.uk/ Breast Cancer.org) and this is the only information I've found - it appears to be the other way around.
Sorry that you've got this extra worry, but I guess until you get to the follow up appointment, you won't know. With any luck, it's just a change in your breasts due to your treatment from the endometrial cancer and they aren't used to seeing your breasts looking different, hence the callback.
